Good game and good idea, I would recommend you put more updates and some way to generate potatoes automatically.

I thought I was playing optimally by going really slowly one plot at a time until I got around to each plot equally, but I realized later that wasn't the fastest way to play, since I could collect before the plants were fully grown. This was fun.
